As part of the Great Place to Work' Benchmark Study 2011, Meltwater Group's top 30 employers in Germany

Berlin, 24 February 2011 - The Meltwater Group, one of the leading software-as-a-service companies (SaaS), is replaced as part of the nationwide Great Place to Work 'competition, the award "Best Workplaces in Germany 2011". In size class 1 (50 - 500 employees), the Meltwater Group occupies 27th place with a rank among the top 30 employers in Germany. This confirms the Great Place to Work Institute Germany, the achievements of Meltwater Group to the HR-related areas of credibility, team spirit and fairness. The benchmarking study helps companies of all sizes and industries in the systematic review and developing an employee-oriented workplace culture and increase its attractiveness as an employer.

* Above-average results achieved Meltwater in the areas of credibility, team spirit and fairness. The Great Place to WORK Trust Index measures the degree of this trust, pride and team spirit that prevails in the workplace. Meltwater here comes after the employee survey to a trust index value of 86 percent. In the survey also indicated 87 percent of the employees, Meltwater that offers very good jobs.
